Iyosis Maps is a extension to create and manage maps for the Joomla! application framework.
Iyosis Maps is free software; you can redistribute it and/or modify it under the terms of the GNU General Public License as published by the Free Software Foundation. All existing copyrights must be prominently visible on all modified versions of this software.
This program is distributed in the hope that it will be useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. See the GNU General Public License for more details.
Terms and Conditions
Our website provides a subscription-based download service for Iyosis Maps in accordance with the GNU GPL license and the following Terms and Conditions issued by our company, Intercom Deec GmbH.
Unlimited usage granted: Your subscription grants you the rights to download the product as often as desired within the Membership Term shown in the table below. If you renew your subscription, you are entitled to download the product for another term. Even after your membership expires, you may continue to use the product, so the extensions are not time-limited. Note that upgrades will only be available for current subscribers.

Modifications: You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to the product to fit your purposes. Redistribution of the original or any modified version must always be done in accordance with the GNU GPL license. In this case, you must also not change or remove any of the copyright information existing in the source code of the product. Please contact us us if you have any requirements that are not covered by these terms.
Unauthorized use: Although the number of downloads are not limited, subscriptions can not be shared (see below, 'Assignability'). Sharing or other methods which allow for multiple, simultaneous downloads (and thereby affect the performance of this web site) are strictly forbidden and may result in termination of your subscription.
Updates: All of the product are designed for the latest version of Joomla, but we can give no guarantee that the product will run with future versions of Joomla. Subscribers may use the forums to address any issues related to software versions.
Delivery: Since subscriptions are only available to registered users who have logged into the site, your subscription will be immediately activated after we have succesfully received your payment. Non-subscribers having trouble registering and/or activating their account prior to obtaining a subscription should carefully read the Support page.
Assignability: You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer your subscription to anyone else without prior written consent from Intercom Deec GmbH.
Ownership: You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of the product, modified or unmodified. All product are property of Intercom Deec GmbH. The product are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use the product.
Refund policy: Since Intercom Deec GmbH is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the subscription is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon registering at our site.
Warranty: Intercom Deec GmbH does not warranty or guarantee these product in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components as there is currently no certification process for such components. Browser compatibility should be tested on the demo prior to subscription. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the products as we can not guarantee that the product will function properly with all browser combinations.
Support: Intercom Deec GmbH offers these product ‘as is’, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party components and modules. Further, we offer no support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, administration of Joomla etc. A forum is available to subscribers for community-based support. Intercom Deec GmbH does not commit to monitor these forums, but we reserve the right to respond and answer questions.
Free for Nonprofit Organizations
We use the Wikipedia definition, effectively: "A nonprofit organization (abbreviated NPO, also not-for-profit) is a legally constituted organization whose objective is to support or engage in activities of public or private interest without any external commercial or monetary profit." We require that it must be a legally registered organization.
